Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vault Specialist I to support secure records and media management operations at its Denver facility. This role involves handling, tracking, scanning, and organizing customer media assets while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with company procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced records management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Vault & Media Management
- Scan media assets in and out of the SecurBase tracking system.
- Package and prepare media for secure vault relocation and storage projects.
- File customer media into designated vault locations and storage slots.
- Retrieve and cycle containers between shelves and workstations as required.
- Maintain proper organization and security of customer records and media.
Inventory & Tracking
- Complete and maintain all required records, logs, and documentation related to media storage and retrieval.
- Process customer data releases and receiving activities accurately.
- Maintain vault paperwork and inventory records.
- Utilize production tracking systems to input and monitor media processing activities.
- Track production metrics and payroll hours within company software systems.
Customer Service & Compliance
- Verify inventory information and customer records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams when required.
- Follow all company security, confidentiality, and records management procedures.
- Support operational goals while maintaining data integrity and chain-of-custody requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented, warehouse, logistics, records management, or team-based work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to learn and utilize inventory tracking and records management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to read, verify, and process large volumes of numerical information accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
