Role Overview:
Join our Team as a Technical Customer Service Representative. This role focuses on managing customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, and coordinating with internal departments to support manufacturing operations related to fire and water pump systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately across internal systems (LN, eLogia, ESP-REP).
- Review, verify, and update order details for completeness and accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery timelines, product availability, and complaints.
- Maintain and update customer order databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to check product availability and expedite orders.
- Monitor inventory and align with shipping schedules.
- Generate internal requests and follow-ups to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service experience (technical or B2B preferred)
- 2 years of college/technical education OR 5 years of relevant technical work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP or Salesforce preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

Team & Work Environment:
