We’re seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager (30-40 hours per week) to join our growing team. This role will report to the Head of Finance and be a key partner to Leadership across departments, providing financial insights, forecasting accuracy, and strategic recommendations that help drive Aurascape’s growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and strategic, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where they can directly influence business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Drive the overall FP&A processes for budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
Partner with department heads to develop, monitor, and interpret key performance metrics and financial models
Collaborate with Leadership to ensure accurate forecast updates and annual budget planning cycles
Build and refine financial models that support strategic decision-making and long-term planning
Provide strategic financial insights and variance analysis related to financial performance and KPIs
Continuously improve financial systems, processes and tools to support scalability and transparency
Support ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and executive decision-making as required
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 8 years of FP&A experience or equivalent experience
Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
Experience with implementation of financial planning tool a plus
Prior experience in SaaS industry preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Can demonstrate prior success in driving successful supporting and interacting with senior level executives
Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
