What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory + Prep Specialist position at Aura?
Job Overview
The Inventory Prep Specialist is a very vital role at Aura Matcha. You will come in every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday after 4pm to do inventory stock count and prep all whips/purees used for our drink menu. You will also be in charge of making the wholesale milk order and picking it up before coming in to your shift.
Responsibilities
- Must have a reliable car
- Manage inventory count
- Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes, adhering strictly to portion sizes and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Skills
No prior experience required. Must be able to follow directions clearly, communicate effectively, and be reliable.
