Aura is an application-only membership built around considered conversation and genuine presence. We're building a small, carefully selected roster of hosts for video and voice sessions with our members — this is about real conversation and authentic connection, not performance or scripted interaction.
What You'll Do
- Hold video/voice sessions with verified members
- Set and manage your own availability
- Bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine presence to every conversation
What We're Looking For
- Naturally warm, comfortable holding real conversation, genuinely curious about people
- Reliable availability and professional communication
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming
- Must be 21 and able to pass a background check (identity, sex-offender registry, county/national criminal records)
Compensation & Process
- $15.00-$20.00/hour, with tiers increasing based on roster standing
- No upfront cost to apply. A $39.99 verification investment applies regardless of outcome and is deducted from your first payout
- Selective process — we accept a limited percentage of applicants
- No session recording — every session is private by design
Pay: $7.25 - $15.00 per hour
