Job Functions:
- Assist with patient transport and transfers within the hospital.
- Administer oxygen via nasal cannula, NRB, and BVM.
- Apply monitoring equipment (NIBP, ECG electrodes, pulse oximetry, end-tidal CO₂).
- Respond to patient call lights and family requests.
- Support patient safety and care under RN direction.
- Record and report vital signs, intake/output, and glucose levels.
- Perform ECGs and assist with daily living care tasks.
- Float to various units as assigned.
- Report patient condition changes immediately to the RN.
Requirements:
- Acute care experience required.
- Ability to adapt to workload changes and float as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be flexible with weekends and holidays.
