Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide rehabilitative therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and exercises
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Active OR Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
