Spa Keeper / Spa Attendant
AURA Salon & Spa, an elevated Aveda spa located inside the Hilton Short Pump, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Spa Keeper to help maintain a beautiful, clean, calm, and welcoming spa environment for spa guests.
The Spa Keeper is an important part of the guest experience. This position is responsible for keeping treatment rooms, guest areas, hydro-areas, tranquil spaces, and spa amenities clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating a polished environment and understands that cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail are essential to a luxury spa experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas throughout the day
- Clean and reset treatment rooms between guests
- Maintain hydro areas, tranquil room, and guest areas
- Restock towels, linens, toiletries, supplies, and guest amenities
- Maintain neat, organized storage and supply areas
- Collect and properly handle used linens and laundry
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, mirrors, fixtures, and other areas
- Monitor spa areas throughout the day and address cleaning needs promptly
- Prepare rooms and spaces so they are fully guest-ready
- Assist with maintaining a peaceful, uncluttered atmosphere
- Notify management when supplies are running low or maintenance issues are identified
- Follow AURA's cleaning, sanitation, safety, and guest-service standards
- Assist with opening and closing spa duties as assigned
- Work respectfully and discreetly around guests receiving treatments
- Support the spa team with additional operational duties as needed

- Respectful of guest privacy and personal space
- Able to move throughout the spa and perform physical cleaning duties quietly
- Able to lift and carry laundry and supplies as needed
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, spa, salon, hospitality, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
- Must be comfortable working around guests and maintaining a quiet, peaceful environment

Compensation
$15.98 per hour
Schedule
Schedule and hours will be based on spa operations and business needs. Availability Saturday 9:30-6:00pm or 10:30-7:00pm
