About Aura
Aura Nail Atelier & Head Spa is a new luxury nail and head spa concept opening in O'Fallon, Missouri. We are not a typical nail salon. Our space blends a modern nail atelier, a head spa, and a craft cocktail bar into one intentional, elevated environment. We are looking for licensed nail technicians who want to be part of building something different from the ground up.
The Role
As a Nail Technician at Aura, you will provide manicure, pedicure, and enhancement services (acrylic, dip, Gel X, builder gel) to our guests in a calm, design forward space built around quality over volume. You will work alongside a team that values craft, consistency, and genuine hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancement services to a consistently high standard
- Maintain a clean, organized station in line with our sanitation and presentation standards
- Build lasting relationships with guests through attentive, unhurried service
- Communicate service options and add ons naturally, without feeling like a sales pitch
- Work as part of a team that supports each other, not one that competes for clients
What We're Looking For
- Active Missouri cosmetology or nail technology license in good standing
- Experience with acrylic, dip powder, Gel X, and/or builder gel
- A calm, detail oriented approach to your craft
- Reliability and consistency, including weekend availability
- A genuine interest in being part of a team, not just a chair

Schedule
Aura is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night, Saturday from 9:30 to 6, and Sunday from 11 to 5. We are looking for technicians who can offer consistent weekday and Saturday availability.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
