Aesthetic Injector – Now Hiring at Aura Medspa (Vienna, VA)
Aura Medspa is a well-respected, rapidly growing medical spa known for delivering high-quality aesthetic care and a luxury patient experience. We are expanding our team and are seeking a talented Aesthetic Injector to join us. This position offers flexible scheduling and can be part-time or full-time depending on candidate availability.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the aesthetics industry, experienced with neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and committed to providing exceptional results and client care. The ideal candidate has formal training, confidence in their skills, and a natural ability to educate, guide, and connect with clients.

Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional standard of care while following all clinical protocols
- Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injectables within your scope of practice
- Conduct thorough consultations and assessments for new and returning patients
- Create personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up
- Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and recommended products
- Prioritize safety, comfort, and seamless patient flow
- Document treatments, medical history, and notes accurately in patient charts
- Maintain cleanliness and proper stock of supplies, products, and equipment
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted state license (RN, NP, PA, MD, DO)
- Experience in a Medspa, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Physician Office preferred
- Formal training and strong experience with injectables
- Prior supervisory or delegation experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and customer service presence
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for aesthetics, ongoing learning, and patient education
