Travel Nurse - Stepdown Unit

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse for our Stepdown Unit (SDU) located in Golden, Colorado. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care for individuals recovering from acute illnesses, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal recovery outcomes.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical conditions, promptly responding to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
