Role: Therapist in Training within the Family Preservation Program, serving children, youth, and adults in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy and deliver services in various settings, including community and client-preferred locations.
• Develop goal-focused, individualized service plans in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with agency and funding standards.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Relevant practicum experience.
• Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
