Role: Memory Care Resident Care Companion or STNA responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities Include

• Engaging with residents in daily activities and social programs.
• Providing personal care such as bathing, hygiene, and grooming.
• Assisting with meal preparation and escorting residents to meals, activities, and appointments.
• Supporting residents with various daily needs as required.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• STNA certification required for STNA positions; no certification needed for Resident Care Companion roles.
• Experience in senior living settings is helpful but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, cheerful disposition, and passion for working with seniors.
