We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

Salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting.
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and care plans.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies.
- Document patient care in medical records and collaborate with team members.
- Manage patient care and refer to specialists as needed.
