- Administer medications, conduct assessments, perform wound care, and complete documentation
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily activities
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and families to ensure optimal care
- Licensed Practical Nurse degree from an accredited program
- Active, unencumbered Ohio LPN license (or multi-state license)
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Compassionate approach and effective teamwork abilities
