Role: Obstetrics and Gynecology MD responsible for providing comprehensive women's healthcare services in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct deliveries with an annual volume of approximately 450-480 births, perform C-sections with scheduled time slots, support labor and delivery procedures, collaborate with other OBGYNs, and support patients through various obstetric and gynecologic cases.
Qualifications & Skills: Medical degree with OB-GYN specialization, current licensure, and experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice. Strong collaborative and procedural skills, with ability to work in a team environment.
Additional Duties: Manage a 4-day workweek with a 1:4 call rotation, perform 2-4 OR days per month, and utilize dedicated support staff including trained L&D nurses and RNFA. Maintain documentation and coordinate with the online portal for assignment details.
