Geriatric Psychiatry RN

This nursing position involves providing individualized, goal-oriented care under the supervision of a nurse manager, following primary nursing principles and hospital policies.

• Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously, document findings, and share relevant data with the healthcare team.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, actively participating in staff training and education.
• Demonstrate respect, compassion, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach in customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, valuing their contributions.
• Ensure punctuality, preparedness, and adherence to attendance policies.
  
  

Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited school, current Rhode Island license, BLS certification, and CPI training within a year. Geriatric psychiatric experience is preferred.
