- Performing a mix of cardiac, thoracic, and optional vascular surgeries
- Participating in a team of cardiologists, electrophysiologists, surgeons, and over 30 advanced practitioners
- Managing a high volume of procedures, including surgeries, cath lab, and electrophysiology procedures
- Providing inpatient and outpatient care with minimal clinic responsibilities
- Engaging in approximately 90 days of call annually, with first call handled by advanced practitioners
- Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Strong surgical skills across cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
- Competitive base salary of $1,000,000
