As we grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Coordinator to oversee front desk operations, support daily spa flow, and ensure every guest receives a seamless, luxury-level experience.

Position Overview
The Front Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in managing front desk operations, guest flow, and receptionist performance. Working closely with the Spa General Manager and Assistant Manager, this position ensures the front desk runs efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with Aura’s elevated standards.
You will support high-demand service flow, and serve as the on-site problem solver during busy hours.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Operations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
- Follow Aura’s luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage daily booking flow, guest arrivals, and service timing to prevent disruptions.
- Resolve real-time scheduling conflicts, guest concerns, and last-minute changes with professionalism and calm decision-making.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned with the Aura brand.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, daily reports, and retail restocking.
Team Support & Training
- Assist with new front desk staff on:
- Guest communication
- Membership explanations
- Rebooking strategies
- Retail recommendations
- Aura service standards
Lead or assist with daily front desk and team huddles to align on:
- Daily goals
- Service flow and high-demand periods
- Sale promotions, memberships, and retail focuses
- Guest notes and special requests
- Provide daily guidance, accountability, and support to ensure strong performance.
- Support management in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist with scheduling coordination and coverage needs.
Guest Experience Excellence
- Ensure every guest receives Aura’s signature experience—warm, attentive, and consistently exceptional.
- Step in during high-volume periods to assist with check-ins, service explanations, and guest needs.
- Handle client concerns or escalations professionally and communicate key issues to management when needed.
- Maintain a calm, polished environment reflective of Aura’s luxury positioning.
Operational Support
- Support daily spa operations including:
- Inventory tracking and supply restocking
- Retail product organization
- Booking and POS system management
- Assist with memberships, promotions, and retail sales initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with sanitation laws, state regulations, and internal protocols.
- Act as the on-site lead when management is off-site, ensuring smooth operations.
Experience & Requirements
- 1 year experience in a front desk leadership role within spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and a flexible schedule.
