Job Summary
Aura Cleaning SD is looking for experienced cleaners who know their way around a short term rental turnover. We specialize in Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning across San Diego and we're growing fast. Pay: $23-$25 per hour to start, with opportunity to increase based on performance and reliability
Location: San Diego, CA (multiple neighborhoods)
Schedule: Flexible, choose your own hours. Part time or full time available
Job Type: Contract (1099)
What you'll be doing:
- Full turnover cleans on Airbnb and vacation rental properties between guest stays
- Bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, dusting, mopping, vacuuming
- Bed making and staging the property so it looks guest ready every time
- Restocking supplies and checking for damage or maintenance issues
- Taking photos to confirm the clean meets our quality standards
- Working independently and hitting tight turnaround windows between checkout and check in
- Following Checklists to ensure the job is done to our high standards
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of paid experience cleaning Airbnb or vacation rental properties (this is a must, not general house cleaning experience)
- Authorized to work in the US
- Your own reliable car
- Your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment
- A smartphone for scheduling and photo check ins
- Someone who shows up on time and takes pride in the details
