Aura Accessories is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Product Coordinator to serve as the key liaison between our Product Development and Supply Chain Management teams. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our jewelry collections move seamlessly from concept through production to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between design, development, and supply chain teams to track product progress from sample to shipment.
- Review and maintain product specifications, materials, and production details for accuracy and consistency.
- Manage timelines, sample approvals, and production status reports to ensure on-time execution.
- Collaborate closely with overseas factories to communicate revisions, confirm order details, and resolve issues.
- Support the product development team in preparing presentations and sample reviews.
- Assist with cost sheets, purchase orders, and data entry as needed to keep projects organized and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the costume jewelry industry is required, with strong knowledge of the manufacturing process, components, and materials.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills; comfortable coordinating between multiple departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, on-site position in Johnston, Rhode Island.
Compensation based on experience.
