We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Lead/Key Holder to join our dynamic retail team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted leader and key holder, responsible for supporting store operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store responsibly while ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers with product knowledge and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
• Supervise sales associates by providing training, coaching, and feedback to enhance team performance and sales effectiveness.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy.
• Support recruiting efforts through interviewing potential candidates and participating in employee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Maintain organized records of sales transactions, payroll documentation, bookkeeping tasks, and operational reports.
• Assist in managing store budgets, purchasing decisions, and inventory management to optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles within the retail industry.
• Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and managerial communication.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, and retail math including pricing and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple responsibilities such as shift management and operational oversight.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control, cash handling, and recordkeeping.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing candidates, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and training & development is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle basic math calculations accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
