-Lead Teacher – Daycare

-Las Cruces, NM | Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • ECE Certificate, Associate’s, or higher (Early Childhood Education)
  • OR 45 ECE training hours experience
  • Experience leading a classroom
  • CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing)
  • Pass background check

Responsibilities:

  • Lead classroom & daily lesson plans
  • Maintain safe, structured environment
  • Follow NM licensing standards

Pay: Based on experience
***Higher pay than your current employer for the right candidate

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $17 - $19
