Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist with taking and confirming food and beverage orders.
- Help prepare and assemble menu items according to established procedures.
- Communicate order details and customer requests clearly to kitchen staff.
- Assist with dine-in, takeout, and pickup orders as needed.
- Keep counters, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
- Restock food containers, napkins, utensils, condiments, and other supplies.
- Assist with basic food preparation and routine kitchen tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate order handling and help ensure timely service.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Support opening, closing, and routine cleaning duties.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and service team members.
- Communicate customer concerns or operational issues to a supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, café, food-service, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
