- Greet guests and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked workspace.
- Handle transactions and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
SHIFT LEADERS (Age Requirement: 18 )
Direct the operation in the absence of the GM/Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality and service.

- Monitor employee breaks, overtime, and daily scheduling.
- Assist with training new team members and encouraging a positive attitude.
- Oversee cash handling policies, audit paperwork, and complete Daily Cash Reports.
- Ensure the team maintains peak cleanliness and workplace safety.
