- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately while managing cash handling duties with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation standards
- Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food prep in the kitchen or café area, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is a plus but not required; we welcome eager learners!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
