Summary
Function as the person in-charge of the store in the absence of the manager for the duration of the shift.
Essential Duties:
Perform all duties of the crew members- rolling pretzels, baking, Helping Guests, cleaning
Direct and coordinate the activities of all crew member, coordinate breaks
Monitor product quality, customer relations, respond to questions, complaints, issues.
Follow all opening or closing procedures. Accurately run register procedures.
Help with inventory, train new employees, provide feedback on crewmember performance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility; must be able to see, hear and communicate with employees and Guests; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
