-make dough from scratch
- roll, twist and bake Auntie Anne's pretzels from scratch
- keep the store sparkling clean
- shows a sense of urgency
- display superior customer service
- lead a small team of 2-5 employees
- must be available a variety of weekends, nights, days and holidays
- must be responsible to unlock and/or locking of the store on any given shift and counting down drawer.
- must be able to hold others to the high standard of Auntie Anne's
