  • Manage logistics including materials, childcare coordination, and meal-area setup

  • Conduct outreach to enroll families and maintain consistent engagement

  • Develop newsletters, outreach materials, and social media content to promote programming

  • Collect, maintain, and submit accurate program data and documentation

  • Participate in trainings, reflective practice, supervision, and team meetings

  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field required

  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, parents, and families facing multiple stressors

  • Group facilitation, workshop leadership, or event planning experience strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required

What We’re Looking For

  • A dependable, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, community-based setting

  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Someone who is passionate about strengthening families and supporting diverse communities

  • Comfortable balancing planning, facilitation, outreach, and administrative responsibilities
