What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse - PRN position at AuNOVA Home Care?
Seeking a Part-time LPN to join our team our on per-visit basis. Ideal candidate will be available for 8-20 visits per week (2-3 days). Aunova Home Care is a locally owned business which has excelled due to personal relationships with staff, referral sources, and families, and a strong clinical team. Additional pay includes mileage, mileage bonus, and matching 401k. Homecare experience preferred, but not required. Territory would include mainly St. Joseph County.
1. Functions as a member of the client care team in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
2. Assists the RN in performing specialized procedures and duties.
3. Provides nursing care according to the plan of care and agency policy.
4. Observes, records, and reports to appropriate supervisory personnel.
5. Prepares clinical and progress notes.
6. Educates clients on appropriate self care techniques.
