What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Captain position at Auletto Caterers?

Family-owned and operated banquet facility is looking to add to our event staff.

Looking for candidates with wedding experience to join our banquet staff, ideally as a banquet captain. This position could develop into a banquet manager role for the right candidate.

In addition to waitstaff duties, this position will also include directing staff through the event, as well as interacting with customers.

Hours may vary depending on event schedule.
