- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Proficient in drywall patching, hanging, and finishing
- Familiarity with metal stud framing
- Proficient at painting
- Familiarity with different types of commercial flooring and installation techniques
- Demonstrate strong fine carpentry and "handyman" skills
- Strong client-facing communication skills to assess situations and discuss scopes of work
- Schedule flexibility: available to works days, nights, and/or weekends
- Stable job history
- Good references
- Dependable to be at work and on time, and have a reliable means of transportation to a healthcare campus in Jacksonville, Florida
