- Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret isometric drawings, schematics, and structural blueprints to plan efficient pipe routing.
- Fabrication & Assembly: Cut, thread, bend, and shape metal or plastic pipes using saws, torches, threaders, and specialized machinery.
- Joint Joining: Secure pipe sections using welding, brazing, soldering, fusing, or threaded connections.
- System Testing: Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests using gauges to verify zero leaks and code compliance.
- Maintenance & Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and fix malfunctioning industrial machinery, heating/cooling networks, and hydraulic lines.
