Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO, for an Upper School Principal. The Principal will oversee the academic and operational leadership of the Upper School, providing guidance to faculty and students while ensuring an educational environment that aligns with the core values of a classical, Christian education. Responsibilities include curriculum development, teacher mentoring, fostering strong communication within the school community, and cultivating a supportive culture for students in middle and high school. Additional tasks include collaborating with families to ensure student success and maintaining the high standards of Augustine Classical Academy.
Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development and familiarity with classical education approach
- Strong educational leadership skills, including training/coaching faculty and strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with with various constituencies, including students, parents, teachers and other administrators
- Passion for education; Experience working with middle and high school students in educational settings
- Evidence of mature Chrisitan faith and ability to affirm ACA Statement of Faith and Employee Standards of Conduct
- Master’s degree or higher in education, educational leadership, or related field
