The Senior Director, Human Resources will have responsibility for the strategy and execution of leadership & development, succession planning, executive assessment, career development and coaching, workforce planning, change management, learning and leadership programs, employee engagement, and employer branding. They will have the ability to architect a talent strategy that aligns the organization with both the current and long-term priorities of the business, while allowing for flexibility as business strategies evolve.

- Develop and execute talent strategies that support our mission, core values, service culture, and long-term strategy.

- Responsible for overall department strategy and allocating resources to accomplish initiatives.
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties such as but not limited to preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
- Occasionally required to walk and work with hands and arms, lift up to 25 pounds and/or drive a golf cart.
- Constantly required to sit, sometimes for several hours at a time, and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

- Undergraduate degree in business related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and/or successfully completes the Club’s internal motor vehicle training program.
