Job Overview:
We are seeking a Claims Administrative specialist to support our claims team in Staunton VA.
Responsibilities:
· Professionally engage with both internal and external customers in-person and via phone.
· First Notice of Loss Reporting - opening new claims, setting reserves, and assigning adjusters.
· Accurately performs data entry for new and existing claims.
· Process mail, policy payments and claim payments.
· Ability to follow departmental procedures with a high degree of detail.
· Ability to manage confidential personal information in accordance with company policy.
· Actively collaborates within the organization to achieve the best customer engagement outcome.
Preferred Skills:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
