Job Type: Seasonal / On-Call (Winter 2025–2026)
About the Position:
Augusta Lawn Care is hiring a reliable and self-motivated Snow Blower Operator for the upcoming winter season. You will be responsible for clearing residential driveways using a walk-behind snow blower. This is a solo position where you’ll operate out of a company truck and complete assigned routes independently.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a walk-behind snow blower to clear residential driveways
- Follow assigned route lists and complete jobs efficiently
- Perform basic equipment checks (fuel, function, minor troubleshooting)
- Communicate with the office team regarding job completion or issues
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Augusta Lawn Care with excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in cold/harsh weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to respond during early morning or late-night snow events
- Able to lift 50 lbs and manage physical outdoor work
Schedule & Pay:
- Hours vary based on snowfall (on-call, as-needed)
- Competitive pay per completed route
Future Opportunities:
Strong performers will have the opportunity to join Augusta Lawn Care for full-time lawn maintenance and landscaping work in the 2026 season.
