The Role
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help us maintain residential and commercial properties. As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you’ll operate professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, and clean up lawns and landscaping areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Daily equipment maintenance and fueling
- Safe, proper use of all tools and machines
- Using App to track jobs and communicate with office
- Shrub trimming, weeding and installing mulch
- Work well with others or independently
What We’re Looking For
- Team player that puts others first and shows up on time and ready to work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain)
- Able to pass a drug screen test
- No experience? No problem. We train the right people!
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $19 hr base pay performance bonuses.
- Schedule: 1 to 2 days per week
- Year-round employment: Includes winter work opportunities
- Typical Hours: 8 to 16 hours a week
