Job Overview
We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday. Join our growing Team! Our Pay-for-Performance system is great for high achievers. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make. You will have a base pay of $18/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $20-24/hr. We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday with a purpose. As a part of the Augusta Team you will feel apart of something bigger than just mowing grass... we are on a mission to create a Team of professionals and change the landscape industry. We have franchised our business and now have 35 locations nationwide. Within 3 years of starting employment, most of our Team members become business owners or managers within the company. Our goal is to develop our talent and skills as professionals.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You will be performing routine lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding. As well as, assisting with landscaping projects, such as planting and mulching. You must be able to operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently and Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure job satisfaction. Doing all this while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Team Player
- Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone
- Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test
- Clean Driving Record
Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor
- 1 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (Preferred)
Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required!
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
