Job Summary
Augusta Lawn Care focuses primarily on residential lawn maintenance, property cleanups, and smaller scale residential projects. Performance based pay (A cut of revenue) with a base pay of $19/hr.) The harder you work, the more you make!
Responsibilities
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other groundskeeping equipment to maintain lawns and landscaped areas efficiently and safely.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control.
- Use hand tools and power tools for tasks such as planting, soil preparation, much & rock installations, etc.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Assist with snow plowing or other seasonal tasks as needed to maintain safe outdoor conditions year-round.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in outdoor work or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, trimming, planting, and soft scaping.
- Strong attention to safety protocol adherence and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
