Augusta Lawn Care Services is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Field Marketing Associate to join our team. If you love working outdoors, being active, and prefer an independent work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is not a high-pressure sales job. There is no door knocking and no direct solicitation required. Your core mission is to distribute promotional door hangers along pre-planned routes using a company-provided scooter. You will represent our brand in the community, working independently to help grow our local presence.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Pick up your company-provided scooter and marketing materials from our shop in Hoyt each morning.
• Follow assigned neighborhood routes using our mapping application on your smartphone.
• Carefully and efficiently distribute door hangers at residences.
• Operate the scooter safely and responsibly throughout the community.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of Augusta Lawn Care by adhering to the dress code.

Contractor Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Hoyt.
• Ability to safely operate a scooter.
• Must be able to walk extensively, between 10,000 and 20,000 steps per day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Own a smartphone (iOS or Android) and be able to use a map application.
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.

Dress Code & Equipment:

• Provided Equipment: We provide the scooter, marketing materials, and branded apparel (shirts, outerwear, hats).
• Required Attire: If wearing a hat, a provided company hat must be worn at all times.
• Warm Weather: Wear a provided clean company t-shirt with your own plain clean shorts or long pants (color should be black, grey, tan, or brown).
• Cold Weather: Wear a provided company hoodie and/or jacket with your own tan, black, grey, or brown work pants (e.g., Carhartt style) or khaki slacks.
• Footwear: Comfortable walking or running shoes are recommended. Boots are not required.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour $10 commission for every lead from your distributed materials.
• Payment: Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
• Schedule: Part-Time, Monday to Friday. Flexible Schedule.
• Hours: Approximately 12-20 hours per week, with a typical shift running from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM/3:00 PM.
