The Role
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help us maintain residential and commercial properties. As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll operate professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, and clean up lawns and landscaping areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Daily equipment maintenance and fueling
- Safe, proper use of all tools and machines
- Using App to track jobs and communicate with office
- Shrub trimming, weeding mulch rock installs
- Work well with others or independently
What We’re Looking For
- Team player who shows up on time and ready to work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in changing weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Landscape or construction experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $22/hr performance bonuses
- Typical Pay Range: $22–$33/hr depending on performance
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 30–40 per week
- Year-round employment, including winter work opportunities
