The Role
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help us maintain residential and commercial properties. As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you’ll operate professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, and clean up lawns and landscaping areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Daily equipment maintenance and fueling
- Safe, proper use of all tools and machines
- Using App to track jobs and communicate with office
- Shrub trimming, weeding mulch rock installs
- Work well with others or independently
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Team player that puts others first and shows up on time and ready to work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors fulltime in variable conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain)
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- No experience? No problem. We train the right people!
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20/hr base pay performance bonuses. Average first year team members make between $20 and $25 per hour with experienced team members making more.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10 hours a day
- Year-round employment: Includes winter work opportunities
- Typical Hours: 30–40 per week
