What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialty Clinical Nurse Manager - Emergency Department position at Augusta Health?
This position will work closely with the ED Clinical Educator and other members of the Emergency Services leadership to develop education programs related to assessed needs for Emergency Services. The Clinical Manager assumes the responsibility in coaching and developing the Emergency Services team member's clinical skills to meet the needs of the patients served. The Clinical Manager will maintain skillset to provide patient care when necessary.
- BSN required.
- Master's in related field of nursing preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of two years‘ experience in an acute inpatient setting and/or specialty.
