Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN or RN to join our nursing team on the PM shift.

Position
- Full-Time
- PM Shift
- LPN: $25.50/hr
- RN: $34.50/hr
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Nursing home experience preferred, but we’re happy to talk with qualified candidates
What You’ll Do
As an LPN/RN, you’ll provide compassionate nursing care while working closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the rest of the care team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct nursing care and monitoring residents' needs
- Administering medications and treatments
- Completing accurate and timely documentation
- Communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team
- Working collaboratively with CNAs and other nursing staff
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
- Helping create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for the people who call AHR home
What We’re Looking For
- Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license in good standing
- Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
- Commitment to treating residents and coworkers with dignity and respect
