Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our NOC Shift team.
Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional overnight care in a resident-focused environment.
What You'll Do
As a CNA on our night shift, you'll help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, repositioning, mobility, and personal care
- Providing comfort, safety, and compassionate overnight care
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition
- Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members
- Accurately documenting resident care
- Helping maintain a clean, quiet, and welcoming environment
Schedule
- NOC Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
- Every other weekend
- Rotating holidays
What We're Looking For
- Current Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance
