Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our NOC shift team. Overnight caregivers play an important role in ensuring residents receive the support, attention, and reassurance they need throughout the night. What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during overnight hours
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, repositioning, and mobility
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night
- Monitor residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Complete accurate documentation according to facility standards
- Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to provide consistent, person-centered care
What We're Looking For
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification (required)
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident care
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to provide a calm, supportive presence during overnight hours
