What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - AMG Crozet Urgent Care position at Augusta Health Brand?
- Under the supervision of the Office Manager performs duties as assigned that include receptionist, secretarial and operational duties for Urgent Care while serving as the liaison between the patient, other staff and the physician.
- Initiates implementation of processes and or has access to all operational components of the office as required by daily operation.
- Access to operational components of a practice includes access to Urgent Care, medical records, medical supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience doing similar duties.
- Medical Assistant training or equivalent of two years physician's practice experience preferred.
