We service clients in a variety of industries including: Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial applications that involve heating, cooling, process, structural and plumbing systems. Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Tool Room Manager and Receiving Manager to coordinate maintenance, description and accurate representation of working tools
- Receive and scan tools coming back from jobsites
- Inspect tools returned from jobsites to determine whether any repairs or maintenance is required
- Light to moderate maintenance and/or repair of tools
- Return tools that are fit for use back to the tool room to be placed back into circulation
- Occasional reordering and/or replacement of tools coming back from jobsites
- Utilize company’s custom tool tracker system
- Maintain accurate tracking of repair and recalibration of tools in inventory
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Read, understand, and fulfill tool warranty requirements
- Work with and teach helpers how to perform job duties
- Assist Shipping and Receiving on an as needed basis, including acting as a backup during vacations
- Support and maintain a safe and Lean working environment
- Be an active participant in process improvement activities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: (Experience / Education / General)

- Ability to operate a forklift and other lifting devices properly/safely
- Must be able to lift, push and/or pull 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Effectively communicate with others by telephone, in written form, email or in person
- Prior construction experience and/or knowledge of mechanical/plumbing tools preferred
- 40-45 hours per week (office hours are 7am – 4pm; tool room hours are 6am – 4pm)

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
