Our robots serve clients in the exhibition, construction, and industrial layout industries, and we are currently growing our team in the US.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven Strategy and Growth Manager to help us build strategic partnerships, develop new business, and bring our robotics technology into new markets.
This is a hands-on role where you will own opportunities from initial strategy and outreach through negotiation, execution, and delivery. You will work closely with our leadership, technical, and sales teams to turn ideas into real business results.
Core responsibilities include:
- Identify, develop, and negotiate strategic partnerships with existing customers and new partners.
- Develop business proposals, financial models, and cost-benefit analyses to support partnership negotiations.
- Manage partnership programs from agreement through execution.
- Drive business development through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and customer meetings.
- Represent August Robotics at industry conferences and customer events to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our Lionel robotics business into new industrial markets.
- Evaluate market opportunities and build actionable go-to-market plans.
- Work with technical and sales teams to execute growth initiatives and deliver results.

You must have:
- 3-5 years of experience in business strategy, business development, management consulting, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site at our Las Vegas office.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the trade show industry, particularly with companies like Freeman or GES.
- Experience developing growth strategies, entering new markets, or managing B2B sales.
- Familiarity with business contracts and partnership agreements.
- Experience working in a startup or technology-focused company.
